Yoga and meditation at Rishikesh
Departures all thru the year. It is possible to extend or shorten your traveling period if necessary.
day 1.
A morning train from Delhi to Haridwar, traveling time 07.10-11.20 (260 kms). Transportation (20 kms) to Rishikesh, which is an important spiritual and philosophical center by the Ganges river. Accommodation in the ashram.
day 2.-5.
Morning session of Yoga, meditation in the afternoon.
day 6.
Transportation to Hardwar, from there return to Delhi by train.
The tour price is 249 Euros, 95 Euros extra fee for a single room.
The price includes: train tickets 1st class, ashram accommodation with full board, ashram programmes (yoga, meditation).

Rishikesh is non-alcoholic and only vegetarian food is available. Rishikesh's population is approximately 70 000. The journey from Hardwar to Rishikesh takes about 45 minutes. The ashram is clean and well equipped (Western toilets and a shower in the rooms).
